I look at my children and realize that if the last ten years have gone this fast then the next will probably go even faster. When I am 40 Katy will be almost 17 and Logan will have just turned 14. I realized I must embrace this time when they are young even more because in just a few short years they won't want me to dance goofily around the living room or tickle them to get them to laugh. I look at my children and see myself in them. Katy will watch a cartoon and burst out crying when there is a sad part, I know she gets that from me. Logan has a bit of a temper and I know that some of that comes from me. These are my precious most wonderful children. I love them with all my heart and need and will cherrish these days.

Embrace Them
